Do you ship internationally?

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated during launches or pre-orders.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.

Will sold out items restock?

Select pieces may be restocked, while others are released in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently offering GCash and bank transfer payment methods. Additional payment options, including direct card checkout, are planned for a future release.

Why don't I see card payment at checkout?

ST. KLYRE currently accepts GCash and bank transfer payments. Additional payment methods, including direct card payments, will be introduced in future updates as we continue to improve the shopping experience.

How do I complete my order if paying via bank transfer or GCash?

After placing your order, payment instructions will be provided on the confirmation page. Please submit proof of payment together with your order confirmation number.

How long do I have to complete my payment?

Orders awaiting payment are reserved for 24 hours. Unpaid orders may be canceled thereafter.

Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary nationwide shipping is currently offered on all orders within the Philippines.

When will my order ship?

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.

Philippines:

  • Metro Manila: approximately 1–5 business days
  • Luzon: approximately 2–7 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: approximately 3–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?

Each Pupa Bag is individually crafted. Minor variations in shape, stitching, texture, and fabric character are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Can worn items be returned?

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

What materials are used for the Pupa Bag?

The Pupa Bag is crafted with a premium linen exterior and a cotton twill interior lining.

Due to the natural nature of these fabrics, slight texture variations and soft wear over time are considered part of the character of the piece.

How should I store my Pupa Bag?

We recommend storing your bag in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight and moisture.

To help preserve its shape, avoid overfilling the bag when not in use.

How do I clean the Pupa Bag?

Spot cleaning is recommended whenever possible using a soft cloth and gentle care.

Avoid harsh cleaning products, excessive rubbing, or machine washing, as delicate fabrics and construction details may be affected.

How does the adjustable shape work?

The Pupa Bag features adjustable ribbons hidden within the ribbon casings, allowing the silhouette to be resized and transformed.

Please handle the ribbons gently when adjusting the shape to help maintain the structure and longevity of the piece.

Will the fabric change over time?

Natural fabrics such as linen and cotton may soften with use over time.

Because of the adjustable nature of the bag and the materials used, subtle signs of wear such as light texture changes or minimal pilling may naturally develop through regular use and friction.

Are slight imperfections normal?

Yes. Minor variations in texture, shape, and fabric character are part of the individuality and craftsmanship of each piece.
